This exhibition, divided in two episodes, illustrates changes in dietary habits between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries: the first part (8 August to 20 September) is dedicated to gastronomic delights and traditional food and drink such as hot chocolate, tea and coffee.
The second (18 September 2015 to February 2016), uses stickers to explain the culinary history, through anecdotes, recipes, farming around the world, the industrial invention of modern tinned foods and relative advertising.
